Black pepper is the dried mature berry of the pepper vine, valued globally for its pungency, aroma, and high essential oil content. The pepper is harvested at full maturity, sun dried to develop deep black colour, and processed to maintain strong aroma, high piperine content, and export grade cleanliness.
