Red chilli is one of the most widely traded spices in global food and seasoning markets. KP Global Merchant supplies premium export grade whole dried red chillies selected from leading chilli growing regions of India. The chillies are harvested at full maturity, sun dried to preserve colour and pungency, and mechanically cleaned to ensure uniform quality, strong aroma, and compliance with international food safety standards.
To meet different market requirements, the product is offered in two commercial grades based on colour and heat characteristics.
VARIETIES OFFERED
Byadgi Chilli
Preferred for high colour value and low pungency. Widely used in oleoresin extraction, food colouring, and processed foods.
Guntur Chilli
Preferred for high pungency and strong flavour. Widely used in spice blends, sauces, and hot food products.
